My research interest lies in Technical and Vocational Education and Training(TVET) in Botswana,with a specific focus on assessing its role in employment creation.The study explores how TVET contributes to entrepreneurship development,addresses skills mismatch in the labour market,and enhances youth employability .It further examines the effectiveness of TVET in promoting sustainable livelihoods and economic developments through practical training.
