Research Interest

My area of research interest is on performance management and effective service delivery. In 2014 I submitted a paper for Botswana Educators Research Association symposium entitled "Evaluation of School Staff Development program: implications for professional and personal development." For my Master in Public Administration with Unicaf University I submitted a research entitled "Performance evaluation of productivity in Land Administration in Tawana Land Board: A case study of Maun Sub Land Board.

For my PhD in Development Studies with Africa Research University, my research topic is entitled "Assessing the effectiveness and sustainability of Performance Management System in Land Administration: A Case Study of Tawana Land Board"

This goes to show that my research focus is on productivity in the work place through the use of performance management system. The interest is more on solving real life performance issues more than general research work.
