Abstract
We report continuous exact solutions in -helix protein energy transfer as Davydov model. Taking into account the fluctuations of polarization of dipoles effects (FPDE), the system is reduced into a set of two nonlinear Schrodinger and Boussinesq equations after continuum approximation. The extended tanh-function method is used to investigate exact solutions for the model. This analysis shows that taking into account FPDE, the system exhibits multisoliton, bright, dark and kink solitons.
